Returns & Exchanges

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

At Zoe Couture, we want you to be completely satisfied with your order. To that end, we will readily accept returns and exchanges by the following procedures:

  • Unworn, unaltered and unwashed, with all original tags attached.
  • Returns must be made within 14 days of receiving your order
  • We cannot accept returns on special discount items
  • All shipping charges are non-refundable
  • All On Sale items are available for exchange only
  • All final sale items are not available for return or exchange

 

Returns:

Please Email Us at shop@zoecouture.com within 14 calendar days from the date on the merchandise receipt. Using your preferred method of shipment, send us the items you would like to return to the following address:

An email notification will be sent to you once your package has been received by Zoe Couture. Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment within 5 business days from receipt of the returned merchandise.

Refunds will be issued to the same payment method used for the original purchase, minus the original shipping fee. After the items were received, please allow 5 business days for the refund after returned merchandises were received.

 

Exchanges:

Our exchange process is essentially the same as our return process. Send us the items you would like to exchange and  place a new order for the items you would like to exchange for. We will refund the amount paid to your credit card within 5 days of receipt of the returned products but you can reorder any time you wish.

*Zoe Couture reserves the right to not issue a refund or exchange if merchandise received is not in its original condition or outside of the 14 day return period. Zoe Couture cannot be held responsible for return packages that are lost or damaged.
